How Does Auto Liability Insurance Work?

Liability insurance offers protection of ones financial assets. Liability insurance protects a business or an individual in the event of a lawsuit. If someone is sued and the court determines that a business or individual is at fault then the liability insurance will pay to cover the damages and legal bills.

Auto Liability Insurance

Auto Liability Insurance protects bodily injury and property damage. If someone is injured in an auto accident liability insurance will cover medical expenses, and as well will pay for property damage. Most insurance companies will have limits of specific amounts for both bodily injury and property damage.
